Introducing Sustainability Spaces: Your personalized regulatory view
Spaces allow you to create a saved, shareable, and focused workspace that shows you regulations and requirements that matter most to your business.
Think of a Space as a custom lens you create by applying filters (like region or topic), so you can quickly manage the information relevant to your specific focus issue, such as ESG reporting or a particular geographical area.

Spaces can segment work into manageable areas of focus. Here are some examples:

β¨ Creating Your First Space (setup instructions)
A simple setup wizard guides you through the process of setting your filters.
1. Name the Space: Give your Space a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "EU ESG Reporting Q4 Focus").

- By area of focus (e.g. climate change, ESG reporting)
- By region (e.g. European Union, United States)
- By regulation status (e.g., In force, approved, proposed)
Note: If you skip a filter step (e.g., skip Region), your Space will include all options for that category.
π What's Inside A Space?
When you open a Space, you will see a tailored view of key information including:
- Regulations List: A list of regulations that are Applicable or Need More Info based on your Space filters.
- Pulse (Updates): A feed of updates for new and changed regulations that match your Space criteria.
- News and Analysis: Relevant articles and insights related to any regulation in your Space.
- Requirements:
- See previously generated requirements beneath each regulation.
- Use the "Generate All" feature to create requirements for all relevant regulations in your Space.
- Export all requirements to a CSV file.
Important: Please wait for the requirement generation process to finish before exporting to ensure you capture everything.
π€ Managing and Sharing a Space
Spaces are designed for teamwork! Here's what you can do with a Space:
- Share a Space: Invite colleagues and assign roles to control access
- View only: Read-only access
- Space admin: Manage members, assign roles, and remove regulations
- Archive a Space: Space Admins can archive the Space when you no longer actively need it. (The data is retained, but the Space is inactive.)
- View Organization Spaces: See and access all Spaces created by members of your organization.
- Remove a regulation: Only a Space Admin can remove an individual regulation from the Spaceβs results.
ππ» Tip: Removing a regulation hides it from this specific Space; it does not mark it as irrelevant to your company overall.

- Visual Insights: Get a better understanding of your regulatory landscape with aggregated, visual data.
- Alerts: You will soon be able to "watch" a Space to receive alerts on new and changed regulations.
- Editing: The ability to edit your Space filters or rename your Space will be available. (For now, you must create a new Space to change the scope.)
