How does requirements work in a space?
Requirements takes the company profile(s) into account and extracts a list of relevant requirements based on both the company profile and applicable regulations within a space.

The ability for users to batch generate requirements from applicable regulations in a space
The ability for a user to generate requirement for new & changed regulations appearing in a space
Filters to help the user focus

Here’s how it works:
From within any Space, go to the requirements tab and click “Generate missing requirements.”
The system scans all regulations relevant to the company in that Space.
It extracts all known requirements, including:
The original regulatory obligation
Any applicable implementations
Any applicable amendments that update or expand the original requirement
The extracted requirements are added to the Requirements table - ready for the user to review, filter, and export.
Value: This saves users from having to interpret regulations or manually track down updates. Everything’s pulled together in one view, structured and searchable.
What Users See in the Table
Once requirements are generated, users will see a structured list broken into the following columns:
Category – Helps group similar requirements
Title – Quick-glance summary
Requirement – The actual legal obligation, in full
Enforcement Date – If known
Source – External link to the regulation or amendment
Profile – Shows which company the requirement applies to
Requirements come from:
All regulations assigned to the Space
Any linked implementations or amendments relevant to the company or jurisdiction
Filters
Users can now refine the list of requirements with two filters:
Category or Group – The Requirements agent organizes requirements by theme (e.g. Access to File, Reporting, Training etc.) so the user can focus
Profile – Lets users focus on the specific company or entity they’re managing compliance for
CSV Export
Users can export the full list of requirements from their Space by clicking “Export to CSV.”
What’s included in the export:
