The Approach
Instead of a standalone translation service, the platform's AI model reads a regulation in its original, non-English language. It then generates the compliance obligations and checklists directly in English. Crucially, every single action generated includes a citation back to the original source text (the specific article or paragraph).
This method ensures that the core meaning is not lost in an opaque bulk translation, and the extracted obligations can always be verified against the official text.
How It Happens
- Ingestion & Parsing: The official document (usually a PDF) is first ingested and converted into a structured text format, with all headings and references preserved. This high-fidelity source text is essential for accuracy.
- Analysis: The platform's AI model then performs a deep analysis of this structured text. Its task is to extract the specific obligations from the document.
- English Generation: The extracted obligations are then generated in English. At the same time, the platform automatically links each obligation with a citation to the exact part of the original regulation it came from.
Tools and Quality Control
- Models: The platform uses enterprise-grade multilingual LLMs from leading providers. Its design is "model-agnostic," meaning it can use the strongest AI option available to maintain accuracy.
- Quality & Accuracy:
- Referenced Citations: This is the primary control, ensuring nothing is lost and every English output has a verifiable link to the original legal text.
- Human Oversight: Content experts who are fluent in up to 27 languages sample-review the extracted actions during each release to confirm accuracy and consistency.
For you as a customer, this means you receive clear, actionable English compliance obligations that can be directly verified against the original legal text, providing trust and transparency.
