Focus: Regulatory Alerting
We’ve improved how regulatory alerts work so you only see changes that matter to you, and you can act on them faster.
Alerts are now tied directly to the Spaces where you have been assigned as an Owner, Editor, or Viewer, and we’ve added a new Impact Alerts area to manage regulatory changes without leaving the platform.
What’s New
1. Alerts are now based on Spaces
Notifications are now triggered by the Spaces you’re assigned to, not Company or Product Profiles.
You’ll only receive alerts for regulatory changes affecting the Spaces you own, edit, or view. This ensures every notification is relevant to your area of responsibility
2. One consolidated Daily Digest
Instead of multiple emails, you’ll now receive one daily summary. A single email covering all regulatory changes across your Spaces.
The Daily Digest will include information about new regulations, updates, and removals
You will receive highlights of the scope of impact across Spaces, Companies, and Products to help you prioritise quickly.
3. New Impact Alerts section (in-app)
We’ve introduced Impact Alerts to help you review and action regulatory changes without leaving the platform.
What you can do:
- Filter alerts by Unread, Read, or Archived
- Quickly identify changes with New, Updated, or Removed status badges
- See a clear Source Summary and What Changed explanation for each update
- View all affected Spaces and jump directly to a Space to assess impact or generate requirements
What you should do next:
These updates are now enabled. To get the most value:
- Verify that all personnel are correctly assigned to the Spaces relevant to their professional focus
- Review Space access: Make sure users are assigned to the correct Spaces
- Check email settings: Ensure the Daily Digest is enabled in your user profile
