You can now view assessments at the regulation level, including relevance and requirements for every assessed company and product.
This view is powered by assessments already carried out by the Assessment Agent, and is designed to:
- Give you a portfolio-wide view of regulatory impact at regulation level
- Improve transparency of AI decisions across all products and companies
- Reduce friction when validating relevance and impact
- Support more granular requirement generation by product/company
This is a strong fit for customers who:
- Have multiple products or legal entities
- Are validating AI assessments at regulation level across all products
- Want clearer traceability before generating requirements
What’s new
Regulation-level Assessments
From a regulation view, you can now see:
- Every company and product assessed against that regulation
- The AI-determined relevance status for each (Relevant / Not Relevant)
- Requirements generated for that regulation
Important:
This list shows all assessed entities related to the regulation, even if they’re outside the space you’re currently viewing.
Applicability Explanation
For each assessed company or product, users can expand the item to see:
- A natural-language explanation of why the regulation was considered applicable or not
- Reasoning based on jurisdiction, activities, and regulatory scope (as mapped to the customer profile)
Requirements by Company and Product
From the regulation view, users can:
- Generate requirements under a specific company or product
- View requirements previously generated at space level (these will also appear here)
Note: Requirements are generated separately for each company and product. Similar requirements may appear in multiple places.
Manual relevance overrides (human-in-the-loop)
You can now:
- Mark a company or product as “Relevant” or “Not Relevant” directly from the regulation view
- Override the AI decision
Override rules:
- Manual overrides always take precedence over AI assessments
- Marking a product or company as Not Relevant removes the regulation from all associated profiles and spaces
- The override remains in place unless you change it
